Q1 - Foundational gameplay with engagement rewards

Q2 - Arena Tournaments with CAP rewards

Q3 - Character advancement and skills

Q4 - “World expansion” - not necessarily the world outside Lighthaven though; could be more resource gathering/crafting in support of character advancement.

This is the bit where the roadmap gets less realistic as I think the above activities could sustain growth (and revenue generation) for a long time by adding more tournaments/environments/skills/upgrades etc, etc before we need to have the Lightbridge event and allow expansion into the world beyond Lighthaven (which is kind of a microcosm of the entire game bar the settlement building/land plots - and even those could be introduced in a “training sim”).

Q1 2025 for the whole world being live is “optimistic” given where we are now, but that’s because we have no money and a crazy small team to build the content needed… but it could be possible if we have chosen carefully on a MVP of content. But see no harm in it being the stated goal of this roadmap.
