To help us improve Holdara, please follow this guide when reporting bugs.
🐾 Steps to Report a Bug
Title: Provide a concise and descriptive title.
Example: "Character falls through map in Level 3 (Windows 10)"Environment: Share detailed information about your setup:
Operating System: Windows version (e.g., Windows 10 Home 22H2)
Game Version: The version or build number of the game (e.g., v2.1.4)
Hardware Specs: Include key details:
CPU (e.g., Intel i7-11700K)
GPU (e.g., NVIDIA RTX 3060)
RAM (e.g., 16GB DDR4)
Steps to Reproduce: Provide clear, step-by-step instructions to replicate the issue.
Example:Load Save File 2.
Enter the Level 3 dungeon.
Use the "Jump" ability near the cave entrance.
Expected Behavior: Describe what should happen.
Example: The character should land safely on the platform.Actual Behavior: Describe what actually happens.
Example: The character falls through the map and into the void.Attachments: Include any supporting visuals or files:
Screenshots: Capture key moments of the bug.
Video Recordings: Use tools like Xbox Game Bar or OBS Studio to record the issue.
Game Logs: Attach game log files (found in the game folder or settings menu).
Error Messages: If an error message appears, include the exact text or a screenshot.
📬 Submitting the Bug Report
Visit the Holdara Bug Tracker (TBR/Pending) to report the issue.
Fill out the form with the following:
Title of the bug
Environment details
Steps to reproduce
Expected vs. actual behavior
Attachments (screenshots, videos, logs, etc.)
