Common Issues and Solutions

1. Launcher Fails to Download or Install

Issue: The launcher doesn’t download or fails during installation.
Solution:

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable.

  • Check that your device meets the minimum system requirements.

  • Disable any antivirus or firewall temporarily that might be blocking the download or installation.

  • Try downloading the launcher again from the official Holdara website.

  • If the issue persists, contact support via Discord with details about your device and any error messages.


2. Wallet Connection Not Working

Issue: The launcher fails to connect to your wallet or doesn’t display your NFTs.
Solution:

  • Ensure your wallet is supported (e.g., MetaMask).

  • Check that your wallet browser extension or app is updated to the latest version.

  • Verify that your wallet contains Holdaran Ancient NFTs.

  • Refresh the launcher or restart your device.

  • Report persistent issues in the Discord Support Channel with your wallet address and the error details.


3. Characters Not Displaying in Viewer

Issue: Your Holdaran Ancient NFTs are not visible in the Character Viewer.
Solution:

  • Confirm that your wallet is correctly connected.

  • Ensure that your NFTs are in the wallet you’ve connected.

  • Clear the cache and relaunch the launcher.

  • Contact support via Discord if the problem persists, including your wallet address and screenshots of the issue.


4. Performance Issues (Lag, Crashes, or Low FPS)

Issue: The launcher runs slowly, crashes, or has poor performance.
Solution:

  • Check that your device meets the minimum system requirements.

  • Close any unnecessary applications running in the background.

  • Lower the resolution or graphics settings in the launcher (if available).

  • Restart your device and relaunch the launcher.

  • Share your system specifications and the issue details in Discord for further assistance.

Game performance will improve overtime as the code is optimized.


5. Screenshots Not Saving or Accessible

Issue: Screenshots taken in Photo Mode are not saving or are inaccessible.
Solution:

  • Check the default save location (usually Pictures/Screenshots).

  • Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device.

  • Verify that the launcher has the necessary permissions to write files.

  • If the problem persists, report the issue via Discord, including details of your device and OS.
