Bug Reporting Guide

To help us improve Holdara, please follow this guide when reporting bugs.

Steps to Report a Bug

1. Title: Provide a concise and descriptive title.
   Example: "Character falls through map in Level 3 (Windows 10)"

2. Environment: Share detailed information about your setup:

   • Operating System: Windows version (e.g., Windows 10 Home 22H2)

   • Game Version: The version or build number of the game (e.g., v2.1.4)

   • Hardware Specs: Include key details:

     • CPU (e.g., Intel i7-11700K)

     • GPU (e.g., NVIDIA RTX 3060)

     • RAM (e.g., 16GB DDR4)

3. Steps to Reproduce: Provide clear, step-by-step instructions to replicate the issue.
   Example:

   1. Load Save File 2.

   2. Enter the Level 3 dungeon.

   3. Use the "Jump" ability near the cave entrance.

4. Expected Behavior: Describe what should happen.
   Example: The character should land safely on the platform.

5. Actual Behavior: Describe what actually happens.
   Example: The character falls through the map and into the void.

6. Attachments: Include any supporting visuals or files:

   • Screenshots: Capture key moments of the bug.

   • Video Recordings: Use tools like Xbox Game Bar or OBS Studio to record the issue.

   • Game Logs: Attach game log files (found in the game folder or settings menu).

7. Error Messages: If an error message appears, include the exact text or a screenshot.
